we had probs fri till midday,phoned helpline and they gave you emergency test code via recorded message so done emergencey tests and logged em later

:D no my garage is in gods country scotland it went down 9:20 till 10:45 am on friday my internet did go down on friday night till saturday night

worked ok for us 8am to 5pm here in bonnie scotland :)we did have problems later on in the evening we lost internet for 7 hours. It was on the news on tv something to do with a problem at BT. Could this have been your problem?

This is where ya say no I'm in London :D

:Xsiemans great system failed again on friday all they did was record a message on the there help line but no one to answer the phone totell you what was happening or how long it was going to be down
