Why would you refuse to test? It's not dangerous? The brakes are working. so a roller test can be carried out.
edit. sorry mis read your post. you said abandon! trying to read my phone in the dark without my glasses!!

I wonder whether that would meet the criteria, insecure as part of it is missing;), anyway it would definately meet the criteria for a refusal to carry out a roller brake test, abandon test:)
