Have you tried using an agency? Im not sure of their costs but there are many specialising in the motor trade, One such one I know of is autotech recruit and they may be able to find you a temporary tester in the meantime, Or supply you a contract tester who is looking for a permanent position, therefore you can keep him/her on contract for a while so you can both kinda try before you buy as such. Good luck in your search for a new member of staff.

I am new to this forum, so I hope I am allowed to advertise a job?

I have been advertising for an MOT Tester for 2 weeks now and not seen anyone available with a current live smart card (class 4 and 7)

I desperately need a Tester to work at my Garage in Kemble Gloucestershire GL7, Its a full time job and the garage has been going for 14yrs, so good stability.

Is anyone looking or does anyone know of a tester looking?

Where should I advertise this job, is there a website specific?

Thanks for you help, its really appreciated.
